Firm Description A great part of our firm's time is devoted to income tax preparation, research and advice on income and estate tax matters including individual, partnership, corporate and fiduciary entities. We have represented many clients before the Internal Revenue Service. .  We also provide compilation, review and audit of financial statements services for both profit and not-for-profit entities.
